I know it’s been awhile, again, since I posted but as said before I did actually have to go out of town. January has been a very rough month and because of the amount of traveling I have done I have not focused on being Low carb. I am more than sure I have gained weight and I will update it soon but for my own esteem and I am not going to weigh myself and measure myself just yet.
So when I originally started this blog back in August I was on a strict Keto diet. I found that I was not losing as much as when I was a Low Carb Diet a year ago. I find myself eating less on Keto as I feel more restricted, for these reasons I have decided to revert back to a less constricting diet. When you are NOT HAPPY with your diet you are only hurting yourself as you are less likely to lose weight when you are not happy. With low carb I find I eat better in terms of fat and protein because I can incorporate low carb breads and pastas and am more likely to pair them with things of high protein and fat contents. You will see more hauls for Low Carb foods rather than what some may consider Keto foods.
This all being said lets get started.
I moved quite a bit over the past two years. I recently moved back in with my boyfriend but because I have not fully moved in I just brought a suitcase full of things meaning I don’t have my Keurig, or other essentials of mine.
I personally only drink one cup of coffee a day. I am VERY picky with coffee and only like really sweet coffee, I also include MCT Oil. My coffee is important, so is my MCT oil as I have a slow metabolism and when I take my ADD medication I get a lot of ‘duds’ meaning they don’t kick in properly. I have found with MCT oil I have not had any ‘duds’. I only assume the MCT oil helps break down the medication, either way it works so it’s important to me that when I work I have my coffee and MCT oil.
I bought myself a cheap personal coffee maker and I LOVE it. It comes with a nice cup that won’t break down to the MCT oil and keeps my coffee HOT, huge plus since I drink my coffee slowly.
I will make a full review of the coffee maker later because honestly, it’s that nice.

KNOW Foods Protein Cookies – Variety Pack
So I really only needed the basics. I will be doing another order for breads and pastas likely this week or next.
About half of these are foods that I have had before and the other half I will be reviewing later. I am not going to list and link each item but I will briefly talk about them all.
The Snaps I got in replacement of my normal cereal, I am so nervous to try it but when I do I will review it and post it on my IG. I also got some pecan cookies that are decent.
The coco are almost gone as my non dieters in the house love them. They are really light and fluffy but I feel there isn’t enough flavor to satisfy me so I am currently trying to figure out how to eat them.
I’m not sure if it’s the almond flour but the recipes I have been making don’t taste the same and I don’t like them as much so I’ll have to test a bit more. I also rebought the sugar I’ve been using, you can buy it HERE.
Torani – Sugar Free Syrup
I love this stuff. I bought Peppermint, S’mores, Chocolate & Vanilla Bean. I use this stuff in my coffee and hot chocolate. This is honestly the only way I will drink coffee, it makes the coffee taste like a dessert.
The directions say to use with milk and I was very nervous to try Almond Milk and let me tell you, it’s fantastic! I add some S’mores flavoring and it’s just like iHop’s toasted marshmallow hot chocolate!
ChocoRite- Crispy Caramel Chocolate
I have bought almost every flavor of the ChocoRite bars and these are by far my favorite. Although the price is steep I always keep a box around for cravings.
I am excited to be reviewing some of these products soon.
What is important to you about low carb foods? Flavor, price, ingredients, etc.
Until Next Time!
